IDS BK Mobile App Services Will Be Limited

Dear IDS BK Mobile App Users,

we would like to bring your attention to a planned outage of all services provided by the IDS BK mobile app due to an update and optimization of the systems, which will take place on 24th July 2023 from 11 PM until midnight.

During the given period of time it won´t be possible to purchase travel tickets via the mobile app. It will be necessary to buy travel tickets by an alternative way.

Access to the purchased Travelcards will be possible even during outage.
