There will be some changes to the operation of the lines within the IDS BK during the Christmas and New Year holidays.

The regional train lines

The regional train lines marked with the letter “S” will operate according to the valid timetables. The lines S55 (Bratislava-Nové Mesto – Trnava) and S65 (Bratislava-Petržalka – Senec) will not run from 24 December 2020 until 6 January 2021. We advise passengers to pay special attention to the notes in the timetables applying to individual services.

The regional buses

The regional buses will operate according to the valid timetables. Services will be stopped after 6 PM on the 24 and 31 December 2020. We advise passengers to pay special attention to the notes in the timetables applying to individual services.

The city public transport services in Bratislava

The city public transport services in Bratislava will operate according to the valid timetables with a few exceptions. From Thursday 24 December 2020 until Wednesday 6 January 2021 the lines 25, 26 and 92 will not operate due to holidays in the Volkswagen factory and also the lines 7, 69, 192 and 196 will not operate because of the pandemic situation and the measures of the government of the Slovak republic aimed at reducing the mobility of the citizens. The line 144 will exceptionally operate also during working days, since it is expected that more people will want to spend their free time in the nature during the holiday period. On 24 December 2020, the operation of the standard daytime services will be stopped after 5 PM. Night lines will run every 30 minutes from 6 PM until midnight, from when the night lines will operate according to standard timetables.
