IDS BK Mobile App Services Will Be Limited

Dear IDS BK Mobile App Users,

we would like to bring your attention to a planned outage of all services provided by the IDS BK mobile app due to an update and optimization of the systems, which will take place on 14th November 2021 from 6 PM until midnight.

During the given period of time it won´t be possible to purchase travel tickets via the mobile app. It will be necessary to buy travel tickets by an alternative way.
