Maintenance of the Payment Gate

On Sunday 16 October form 1:30 until 2:30 AM, payment by card for purchasing a travel ticket and for topping up credit within the app will be temporarily restricted due to planned maintenance on the payment gate. For this reason, it will be necessary to obtain a travel ticket by an alternative method. Other services in the IDS BK app will not be affected, including the option to pay for travel tickets by using the credit topped up within the app.

Payment by card in the IDS BK e-shop will also be limited at that time.
